![]() Each marker also rides the line where two tiles meet. To prepare for Hegemone’s showdown, these Waymark positions put A, B, C, and D at north, east, south, and west, respectively. We’ll establish a few general markers and party suggestions, but most of Hegemone’s tricks change up who goes where and when. Thankfully, Hegemone’s arena provides clear patterns along the floor to help the party gauge their positions, but a little prep work goes a long way. Sixth Circle Savage: Assignments & Waymarks FFXIV Patch 6.2 also adds the usual crafted gear and Tomestone equipment, scoring Item Level 610 and 620 pieces for the Warrior of Light. Hegemone’s debuff damage adds up quickly, so take what you can for the HP bump.įor extra gear, we recommend clearing Storm’s Crown EX for an Item Level 615 Windswept Weapon. Of course, a full pre-made group can always skip Item Level checks outside of Duty Finder, but we don’t recommend it. Asking a player that’s already defeated Proto-Carbuncle to queue you in is always an option, but it does lock you out of weekly loot allowances from P5S.Īs for gear sets, P6S requires Item Level 605 or higher to enter. Once you’re raid-ready, you’ll also need to complete your weekly Fifth Circle Savage clear before entering P6S. ![]() For any help on specifics, we’ve got a detailed walkthrough on how to unlock the Abyssos Raids. Then, with The Eighth Circle (Normal) and story quests complete, you can speak to Nemjiji in Labyrinthos (X:8.4, Y:27.4). ![]() To unlock Endwalker ’s Pandaemonium Abyssos Savage, you must first clear the Normal difficulty added in FFXIV Patch 6.2. The Sixth Circle Savage (P6S) may be more forgiving than Proto-Carbuncle’s introduction, but don’t underestimate the Abyssos keyward - Cachexia may get the best of you.īeware of fight spoilers - we’re breaking down Hegemone’s crisscrossing arena and how to solve Cachexia like a pro in our Pandaemonium Abyssos: The Sixth Circle Savage guide below. Most tried skill-based mission.Final Fantasy XIV continues its Patch 6.2 Abyssos raid series with Hegemone, another boss wielding noxious debuffs and arena changes. Most of the others you could record angles on a notepad and just redo the mission until you got all the shots.įinding Curves I had the use visual cues for the first two shots but the third required guesstimation. There were only one mission that felt difficult because of skillshots alone: Not to mention for some reason you can't increase your health with levels in Single Player missions but you can increase your treads and critical chance.? The ♥♥♥♥? Then you get to the KEK Mega Nuke / Firework level 4 / ZA WARLDO ♥♥♥♥ where you're taking 150+ damage per enemy shot and it's just laughable. Two sniper shots mission (sub-sniper + sniper), get it in one try. Single player: where sometimes your aim is tested, but more often it's about how willing you are to reset over and over again. Pinata requires literally the enemy to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill themselves to win There is no real difficulty curve, only "more accurate AI and more RNG to deal with" and the horrific difficulty cliff that is Fiesta Forever.Īnd please don't say the solution is to grind on a garbage weapon in Multiplayer for an entire day just to unlock Fiesta, because that weapon isn't much better.įinal boss mission is only hard in that the boss can get OP ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons while you get dirt This is the only mission I've been stuck on for more than 30 minutes, most of the other missions are either cakewalks or frustrating "thread the needle" puzzles. You're forced to rely on the AI hitting eachother to do most of the damage, which is uncommon because of the high level AI. I've spent 5 hours, probably double the time of all the Showdown missions combined, basically rolling the dice repeatedly trying to win this mission because even if you get perfect Pinata RNG you will still lose when the AI decides to throw 100 dmg shots like Nukes and Solar flares at you and kill you in less than 10 turns. I get that it's one of the last missions, but come on. My suggestion is either buff the Pinata (it's worthless even in multiplayer) or make this mission easier by removing an opponent or reducing their hp. Not convinced? Add to that the AI is using hard-hitting AoE weapons like Nukes, Carpet bombs, Magnet rain, etc. ![]() As if being gimped by a garbage weapon isn't bad enough, the enemies are all level 80 meaning they don't miss that often or hit their allies. This mission pits you against a 1v3, 500hp vs 200hps, with nothing but Pinatas.
